Giphar installs a complete digital signage solution powered by Zebrix.


Zebrix and Giphar teams up to develop a queue management solution for its digital signage displays.

In order to help reduce waiting and enhance customers' experience, the queue management system app has been developped specially for the pharmacist network. The customers approach the terminal.They indicate the reason for their visit and their mobile phone number to be alerted
 with an SMS (optional). A ticket is printed with the customer’s number and the estimated wait time. The request is received and the customer is assigned to a counter depending on the request and the availability of the agents. A message appears on the display
screen with the customer’s number
and its assigned counter.
